In July 2019, Restorex were appointed to carry out extensive repairs and refurbishment of the external fabrics of this class C building, involving the renewal of masonry chimneys, leadwork and repairs to slated pitches.

Objectives

To carry out the defined work on time and within budget, whilst the property was fully occupied.

The designing, erecting and dismantling of elevation scaffolding, allowing access to carry out the following works.

Detailed stone replacement
Slating repairs
Replacement of architectural lead work

Conclusion

This project was successfully concluded in time and to the agreed budget. The clients were extremely helpful throughout.
