A historic building being adapted as a distillery visitor centre required coordinated roof and external-fabric repairs within a wider development programme.
Restorex delivery
Appointed by principal contractor McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd and working to Hypostyle Architects’ design, Restorex delivered access, stone repair and replacement, new slate roofing and architectural leadwork as an integrated package.
Outcome
The package was completed on time and within budget, providing a renewed slate and lead roof alongside the repaired historic masonry.
